Mission: Unleash the Gladiator inside!
Being Tough Won't Cut It.
This is no ordinary 'mud run'.... we don't build obstacles,
we build barriers.
What is "Gladiator Assault Challenge"?
Gladiator Assault Challenge is the Midwest's premier test of
endurance, speed, agility, strength, mental stamina and your
ability to withstand a crazy party afterward. The Gladiator
Assault Challenge obstacle course is a series of challenging
physical obstacles an individual or team must navigate. The
5 mile course with 30 obstacles/barriers will challenge you with running, climbing,
jumping, crawling and balancing elements with the aim of
testing overall endurance.
What does a Gladiator receive?
All registered participants will receive a free t-shirt,
engraved leather cuff, a free beer and admission into the
after party where there will be live rockin' music, food,
and lots of beer (must be 21 or older to consume alcoholic
beverages).
What is an assault course?
Wikipedia…..An assault course is a special sort of trail
that combines running and exercising. Assault courses are
used in military training to increase fitness, to
demonstrate techniques that can be used for crossing very
rough terrain, and to increase teamwork and self confidence.
Typical courses involve obstacles the participants must
climb over, crawl under, balance, hang, jump, etc. Puddles
of muddy water, ropes/nets, and "no touch" restrictions are
often used to make the course more difficult....
